The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers for the role of Mental Health Liaison Practitioner in Boston. This position focuses on delivering emergency and urgent mental health support to patients in the Acute setting, specifically within A&E and General Wards. Practitioners will conduct comprehensive Bio-Psychosocial Assessments based on NICE Guidelines, ensure high-quality patient care, and facilitate effective communication and risk management.

In this 24/7 operational role, practitioners will assess a defined group of service users (ages 16 and older), provide professional advice, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and support timely admissions and discharges linked to relevant mental health services. The position demands strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to implement and review intervention plans while fostering a supportive culture for service development. Practitioners will also be expected to engage in clinical governance and personal development activities.
