Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and proactive Temporary Staffing Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of their Temporary Staffing Team. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for team queries, monitoring staffing KPIs, and ensuring compliance and quality assurance in temporary staffing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Recruitment and Resourcing to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce reliance on bank and agency staffing, and enhance the effectiveness of temporary staffing booking systems around the clock.

Key responsibilities include line management of the Temporary Staffing Team, promoting team engagement and productivity, creating regular staffing reports, and collaborating with various departments to address staffing shortfalls. Additionally, the leader will ensure adherence to relevant regulations, provide support to Ward Managers, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
