HCRG Care Group is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Physiotherapist to join their Children's Community Health Team in Redhill, Surrey. In this role, you will conduct specialist assessments and treatment for children referred to the physiotherapy service, empowering them and their families to achieve independence in daily activities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care, provide support and training to parents and carers, and lead the development of individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and possess experience in children's physiotherapy.
