This fast-paced surgical ward operates year-round, offering both day and night shifts, and is looking for enthusiastic individuals passionate about acute surgical care. The role involves team nursing, coordinating patient care, escalating patient conditions, maintaining high standards of nursing care, overseeing the training of junior staff, and adhering to Trust policies and infection control guidelines.
