The Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse role in the South East Home Treatment Team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust involves delivering specialized psychiatric care to individuals in crisis within their homes. The position requires providing 24/7 support, facilitating early discharges, and offering an alternative to hospital admissions by addressing the individual needs of service users.
