The role of Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Band 6) with Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust in Stratford Upon Avon involves overseeing and coordinating a team within the South Warwickshire Talking Therapies. This full-time, permanent position includes a hybrid working pattern, requiring the practitioner to spend one day per week at the Telephone and Referral Centre, where they will process referrals, conduct risk assessments, and develop management plans for identified risks.

Candidates should have experience working with common mental health issues and be capable of performing initial assessments while delivering evidence-based, low-intensity psychological interventions in various formats, including individual and group sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires both independent and team-based work to ensure effective client outcomes and enhance staff wellbeing within a supportive service environment.
