Cygnet Health Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Trainer for the London and South East area, requiring NMC/HCPC registration. In this full-time role, the trainer will deliver a comprehensive range of clinical skills training to both registered professionals and non-registered staff, covering topics such as venepuncture, insulin administration, and wound care. The ideal candidate will utilize various teaching methods to engage participants, assess competencies, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Additionally, the trainer will be responsible for maintaining their own professional development, ensuring a safe training environment, managing course administration, and participating in ad hoc projects as directed.
