The role of B6 Mental Health Practitioner at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Woking offers a part-time position of 25 hours per week, operating from 18:00 to 23:00 five days a week in a Safe Haven environment. Candidates will provide critical short-term intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises and help them find a safe space to prevent further deterioration in their mental health. This position involves making referrals to appropriate services, collaborating with emergency services, and working alongside support staff from Catalyst.

Successful candidates must uphold the trust's values, adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct, and discharge their responsibilities under relevant mental health legislation. They will also engage in multi-disciplinary assessments and the development of evidence-based care programs. The role requires flexibility in travel during working hours, and qualified nurses will be eligible for a retention allowance as part of their compensation package.
