The East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Medical Secretary and Patient Pathway Coordinator for the Rheumatology Department in Willesborough. The role involves providing extensive administrative and clerical support to a team of Rheumatology Consultants, Specialist Nurses, and Junior Doctors. Candidates should possess strong communication and IT skills, be reliable, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The position offers a dynamic and busy work environment within a friendly and dedicated team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Secretary/Patient Pathway Coordinator in the Rheumatology Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic highly motivated, hardworking individual to join a busy, friendly and dedicated team.

The job role will be varied. You will need to provide a wide range of comprehensive administrative and clerical duties to a team of Rheumatology Consultants, Specialist Nurses and Junior Doctors. You will need to be reliable and hard working with excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to work as a team member but also as an individual using your own initiative.
