The Resource Manager role at NHS England, located in either Leeds or London, focuses on overseeing and enhancing internal workforce, training, and education (WT&E) resourcing initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Resourcing to develop and implement strategic reviews aimed at improving resourcing effectiveness and alignment with organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting post-transition resourcing activities from the "Creating the new NHS England" program, managing information flows and PMO reporting, and addressing risk and issues while fostering stakeholder relationships.

Additionally, the Resource Manager will be responsible for line managing the Resourcing Business Support Officer, ensuring efficient design principles are upheld, and safeguarding efficiency savings. Overall, this role emphasises proactive management, continuous improvement, and strong communication within the directorate and with cross-organisational partners in NHS England.
