Bromley Healthcare CIC is seeking caregivers for its domiciliary care service in Bexley, specifically in the areas of DA5, DA14, and DA15. The role involves providing high-quality person-centered care, assisting service users with daily activities such as personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and supporting them in maintaining their independence within their own homes. Caregivers will need to be flexible with their work schedules, including weekends and evenings, and are expected to engage compassionately with service users while adhering to care plans tailored to individual needs.
