This is a rewarding opportunity to join Barchester Healthcare as a Care Home Deputy Manager in Croydon. As the Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality care and lead the team in the absence of the General Manager. You will have experience in managing a range of health needs, conducting safeguarding investigations, and overseeing clinical risk assessments. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and budget management skills.
As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the delivery of excellent care for residents. You will take on leadership responsibilities in the General Manager's absence, including motivating the multidisciplinary team, monitoring care standards through audits and supervised clinical practice, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will set high standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals, drawing on your skills and experience.
