The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for the General Surgery Clapham Ward at Worthing General Hospital. The successful candidate will support the ward manager in overseeing the effective management of the clinical area, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety while adhering to NMC guidelines and Trust policies. This role involves providing clinical leadership, fostering an empowering environment for staff, and delivering evidence-based care to patients.
