The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a Rotational Specialist Occupational Therapist position in Shrewsbury. This role allows professionals to enhance their clinical and leadership skills through yearly rotations across various settings, including stroke inpatients, surgery, critical care, oncology, and frailty services. The position emphasises mentorship and supervision from a specialist team, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload autonomously while adhering to professional guidelines, and will work closely with care groups to ensure effective patient flow and service delivery. Additionally, they will play a vital role in training and supporting team members, contributing to service development projects, and sharing knowledge across the therapy and multidisciplinary teams. Previous NHS experience is required for this role.
