CHEC is seeking flexible and experienced Bank Ophthalmic Theatre Practitioners in Gateshead to join their expanding team. The role emphasises patient-centric care throughout the entire surgical pathway, including pre-admission, surgery, and post-operative management. Responsibilities include conducting preoperative assessments, diagnostic testing, and assisting in the theatre while adhering to AfPP good practice guidelines.

Candidates should be passionate about delivering quality care, possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a team environment.
