In agreement with Cheshire and Merseyside ICB vacancy panel, this post is restricted to colleagues who work within Cheshire and Merseyside.

You will be joining the Trust at an exciting time as we progress our work to improve the experience of our people. With a focus on creating a culture of belonging you will lead the organisation in creating a positive and productive working environment.

With experience working as a senior HR professional in a large, complex organisation, you will have proven ability in leading, transforming and delivering a range of People services, leading culture change and cross-organisational workforce programmes. With the ability to gain credibility with a range of stakeholders including trade unions, you will have the ability to interpret and advise on complex workforce and cultural issues.

Able to deputise across the entire portfolio of the Chief People and Culture Officer with the ability to build credibility with, inspire confidence and demonstrably influence staff at all levels across our diverse services.

They will lead on several major Trust-wide projects developing appropriate actions to respond to the various workforce challenges.

Working closely with colleagues to support collaborative working and develop and implement workforce strategies across the wider place and system.
