The London Clinic is seeking a Health Advocate to join their VIP Client Relations team in London. This full-time position involves supporting the Head of Client Relations in managing Health Concierge and VIP patient pathways, ensuring excellent communication and logistics for client visits. The role requires building strong relationships with patients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing personalized guest services, and overseeing daily administration and data management related to VIP services. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with various departments to streamline care pathways and supporting KPI reporting and financial processes.
