Spinney Brook Medical Centre in Irthlingborough is looking for an Experienced Administrator / Medical Records Summariser to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of clinical coding and the efficient processing of patient information. This position requires the ability to read and synthesize large amounts of clinical data, as well as effective collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure precise data entry while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
The role involves managing an individual workload, which includes accurately coding clinical information using Emis Web, processing mail, summarising medical records for new patients, and monitoring progress against practice targets. The candidate will also be responsible for matching scanned documents to patient records and reviewing medical letters to ensure required actions are taken. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the organisation's data quality standards while supporting team efforts in clinical documentation.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate clinical coding and efficient processing of patient information.
The doctors and nurses depend heavily on the quality of the clinical records to provide much needed information to the patients and other teams across the surgery. To undertake this aspect of the role you must be able to read large amounts of clinical information and have an eye for detail
The successful candidate would work towards having their own workload and it will be an opportunity to manage your own time and provide a valuable contribution to the organisation
- Accurately code clinical information using Emis Web.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
