The UK Health Security Agency is seeking a People Data Analyst for their Birmingham office to join the People Analytics team. The role focuses on integrating existing datasets to address workforce challenges and support decision-making within the organisation. Key responsibilities include running reports on workforce and financial data, analyzing patterns and trends using various analytical tools (mainly Excel), and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across HR, finance, and business planning. The analyst will also act as a center of expertise on people-related data presentation, offering guidance to other teams and maintaining a central repository of insights.

Candidates should possess a strong background in People Analytics, proficient data handling skills, and experience in stakeholder management.
