IG Medical is seeking a Maternity Leave Cover Salaried GP for a fixed term from late June 2025 to July 2026, working across the Ilkley and Grassington sites. The role requires a commitment of 4 sessions per week, specifically 2 sessions each on Mondays and Wednesdays, with responsibilities including patient visits, paperwork, and on-call duties. The position offers a competitive salary starting at £11.3k per session, alongside benefits such as 6 weeks of holiday and study leave pro rata.

The practice, which serves 18,500 patients, emphasises high-quality care and has a diverse team, including Advanced Care Practitioners and Pharmacists. The successful candidate will conduct 15-minute appointments and engage in various medical services, while also contributing to portfolio development and collaborating within the Primary Care Network and local health services. Mandatory training in areas such as basic life support and safeguarding is required during employment.
