The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Service Lead for Paediatric Therapies, with a commitment of 22.5 hours per week. This permanent position is open to candidates seeking development opportunities through secondments or fixed-term roles. The service encompasses a collaborative team involving occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and other specialties, dedicated to delivering child-centered care across Worcestershire. The successful candidate will play a crucial leadership role during a period of transformation, overseeing clinical and managerial aspects while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people.

Responsibilities include line managing team leaders and clinical leads, maintaining best practices, supporting staff well-being, and engaging in quality audits. The Service Lead will also be involved in governance, recruitment, and workforce development while fostering collaborations with various stakeholders to ensure the integrity of services. Candidates must hold HCPC registration as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist, and the role offers flexibility with potential home working arrangements.
