The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate Staff Nurse for their Community Wound Care Clinic team in Lichfield, with full-time positions available. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients in ambulatory clinics, including wound assessment, planning, and delivery of care, while adhering to the Trust's established pathways. Candidates will work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and will have opportunities for ongoing professional development and training in areas such as wound healing, PICC lines, and catheter management.

Successful applicants will possess a nursing degree and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, with desirable continued professional development qualifications. The role requires travel across various clinic sites in South Staffordshire, emphasizing the importance of holistic patient care, safeguarding, and support for junior staff and students. The service operates seven days a week, and the team is dedicated to innovative care and professional growth.
