The role of Mobile Responder with Wiltshire Council in Chippenham involves providing urgent care and support to individuals across the region to help them remain safe and independent in their homes. As part of the Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team, the Mobile Responder will respond to Telecare alerts, assist with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities, thereby preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
