A vacancy has arisen for a Team Leader based at our Penzance office to support our Recovery Workers mainly working in the West of Cornwall.     The Team Leader role is a key element in providing the variety of services that Cornwall We Are With You offers: this is a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. You will be working in a multi--disciplinary team alongside in-house service including outreach, criminal justice, family and community workers; nurses, doctors and pharmacists; work and learning and a secondary rehabilitation service.

    The successful applicant will have a positive approach to working in a dynamic environment with a commitment to providing meaningful services to those who present to our service and achieving this by supporting the existing dedicated team of Recovery Workers. Areas of work include: To support the management team in the delivery of contracted service To positively promote the service and WithYou To manage the staff within the service to ensure staff are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou's strategic objectives and that the cohesive culture is developed.
