The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Corporate Affairs and Performance Director for Health Innovation West Midlands (HIWM) to oversee corporate and organisational performance functions. This pivotal role, within the Executive Leadership Team, aims to enhance health and economic growth for the West Midlands by driving strategic priorities, operational plans, and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in corporate affairs and governance to manage NHS England Commission contracts and foster partnerships across various organisations, including six Integrated Care Boards.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of HIWM's pipeline, establishing governance structures for informed decision-making, and strengthening host relationships with service specifications. The role requires a collaborative and results-driven leader capable of nurturing team dynamics and contributing to organisational performance by generating income, mitigating risks, and ensuring the fulfillment of business objectives and key performance indicators.
