The Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Therapy Support Worker to join the East Integrated Rehabilitation Team at Liskeard Hospital. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a background in rehabilitation, particularly in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. The successful candidate will engage with patients experiencing various conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, respiratory issues, and more, and will have the opportunity to work both in the hospital and the community to support patient discharge and rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities include contributing to patient assessments and treatment plans, carrying out skilled interventions as delegated by senior therapists, and monitoring patient progress. The position may require independent work, with an emphasis on encouraging patient independence and active participation in their recovery. Flexibility is essential, as weekend work may be required, and duties may extend to additional hospital units or home visits.
