Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Secretary for their Complex Needs and Disability Care Group within the Children, Young People and Family Health Services Directorate. The ideal candidate will have substantial administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work under tight and changing deadlines. Key responsibilities include providing secretarial support to multi-disciplinary teams, managing time and diaries effectively, and demonstrating a high level of attention to detail with strong computer and typing skills.

The role requires a proactive approach to planning and prioritizing workload to support clinical services efficiently.
