Everyturn Mental Health is seeking a permanent People Business Partner to join their People Team in Gosforth. In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will work closely with various teams to implement wellbeing strategies, foster a compassionate workplace culture, handle employee relations, and manage transformative projects such as TUPE transfers and organisational restructuring. The role is designed for someone with HR expertise, ideally with experience in handling employee relations and a proactive approach to mentoring managers using data-driven insights to enhance performance and engagement.

Candidates should have a strong commitment to making a positive impact and will need to be flexible with remote and in-person working, including potential travel to various Everyturn sites. While a CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable, it is not mandatory.
