The Urgent Care Clinical Practitioner role at Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC involves providing assessment and treatment for patients with urgent, non-life-threatening health issues at the Nottingham CityCare Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC). This position is suited for registered health care professionals such as nurses, paramedics, or physiotherapists who have experience in independent practitioner roles in first contact environments. The role requires flexible working across all days of the year, with shifts from 6:45 AM to 10 PM. Practitioners will manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engage in ongoing professional development, and support the training of healthcare students and new staff.

Key responsibilities include autonomous clinical assessments, planning and administering treatments, referring patients as necessary, and providing mentorship and support within the team.
