This is an exciting opportunity to have a lead role in delivering a key ambition of the Local Maternity and Neonatal System(LMNS) in Kent and Medway, where NHS services are working in partnership to improve their digital technology, making it easierfor women, birthing people, and clinicians to access the information they need and for services to offer safe and personalisedcare.
The role will provide digitally focused strategic leadership for the joint re-procurement of maternity information systems (MIS) across Kent and Medway, ensuring that an aligned approach is maintained across the 4 provider trusts on behalf of the MIS re-procurement board led which is led by the integrated care board.
You will report to the Associate Director for Maternity, Neonatal and Women's Health Services, and be part of widerICS Digital Team with opportunities to establish an extensive body of works and leadership development.
The role requires leadership and programme management skills with a background in digital projects and clinical stakeholder engagement, and the ideal person will have experience of leading implementation of a clinical system across multiple acutetrusts.
