The role of Team Leader for Leg Ulcer and Lymphoedema at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust involves leading a specialist nurse team responsible for managing care programs in both acute and community settings. The post holder will oversee case load management, assessment, planning, and implementation, while also providing expert wound care advice and promoting clinical excellence in the management of leg ulcers and lymphoedema. This position requires strong leadership skills to ensure high standards of care and safe clinical practice are maintained within the team.

The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively within an integrated department, playing a key role in adapting to changes within the organisation. Full-time commitment is expected at 37.5 hours per week, and the role emphasises the importance of oversight and team management in delivering quality healthcare services for patients with specialized needs.
