Band 4: £26,530 to £29,114 a year per annum, pro rata  PERMANENT

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.

The successful applicant will provide an effective, efficient and confidential administrative support to the EDI team and Staff Networks. There is need to be able to work in a busy and changing environment and have the ability to prioritise your workload and act on you own initiative.

To provide efficient, effective and consistent professional support services to the EDI Team and Staff Networks. Support the team to meet quality standards and targets in order to deliver against the Trust Strategy and People Plan

Responsible for providing administrative and project support to the EDI Team and Staff Networks, providing and coordinating a comprehensive support service to its multiple projects, including: monitoring project progress, facilitating and arranging meetings, providing general administration including acting as first point of contact for all project enquiries. Responsible for ensuring Comms and EDI/Staff Network Pages are maintained and updated.

The post holder will be managed by the Senior EDI Lead, whilst supporting the Associate Director for EDI and OD with administrative support, in particular: maintaining information and resources for the multiple projects, monitoring and reporting on progress projects from inception to closure and ensuring that they maintain effective systems of communication with colleagues. Work closely with Comms Team to ensure outgoing communications in a professional manner on behalf of EDI Team and Staff Networks
