ProblemShared is seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our growing Neurodevelopmental team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one. Our digital journeys are right at the heart of what we do and our goal is to offer seamless digital experiences to support exceptional healthcare.

We would be really keen to welcome applications from Educational, Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologists who are registered with HCPC and have experience with ND assessing .

Providing remote assessment to adults and young people for neurodevelopmental conditions, predominantly ADHD, considering differential and/or co-occurring conditions to make diagnostic decisions.

To undertake supervision and consultation where appropriate.

Where appropriate, to undertake research and provide research advice to other team members undertaking research.

Key responsibilities:

To provide specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals contributing directly to clients formulation and care.

To contribute directly and indirectly to a psychologically based framework of understanding and care to the benefit of all clients.

To undertake risk assessment and risk management for individual clients.

To communicate in a highly skilled and sensitive manner, information concerning the assessment, formulation and treatment plans of clients.

To receive regular clinical supervision from a senior psychologist and, where appropriate, other senior professional colleagues.

To provide advice, consultation and training to staff working with the client group across the company.

To utilise theory, evidence-based literature and research to support evidence based practice.

Where appropriate, to undertake audit and service evaluation, with colleagues within the company to help develop service provision.

To contribute to the development and articulation of best practice in psychology across the company by continual professional development, keeping up to date with developments in the field of clinical psychology and best practice guidance.
