The Central London Community Health Trust is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nurse Associate for a permanent position in Harrow within the Community Nursing team. This role involves working 37.5 hours per week, where the successful candidate will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver holistic, person-centred clinical care to patients in their own homes under the guidance of a District Nurse Team leader. The position requires candidates to be registered with the NMC and possess strong communication and clinical skills; experience in community nursing is desirable but not mandatory.
