The role of "Senior/Specialist Speech & Language Therapist FTC" at STEPS Rehabilitation in Sheffield offers a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team, supporting clients with life-altering conditions such as strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. This position, commencing in January-February 2025, involves delivering high-quality speech, language, and swallowing assessments and interventions, contributing to individual rehabilitation plans, and collaborating closely with clients, their families, and team members to foster independence and well-being.

The candidate will manage their own caseload, develop service programs under the guidance of the Lead Speech and Language Therapist, and participate in clinical audits and the training of the wider team.
