The role of Band 3 Clinical Services Administrator at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust in Bristol is a full-time position dedicated to providing crucial administrative support to the CAMHS "Getting Advice" team. The successful candidate will manage referrals, assist clinicians, handle phone inquiries from service users and stakeholders, and perform a variety of administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining patient records, and taking meeting minutes. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
