Due to promotion, we are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced administrator to join our friendly community team based at Huntington House, York. We are a team providing mental health support to older people in the York and Selby area.
If you are an individual with experience working in a demanding office environment, who is confident in using IT systems, has experience formatting letters and managing multiple diaries. Someone who thrives in a busy setting and is keen to join a team striving to make a real difference then we are looking for you.
The working hours for this role are 16 hours per week, Monday, and Tuesday 8.30 - 5pm this includes half hour unpaid lunch.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Whilst having previous experience in an administrative role is essential, NHS or other health care experience is desirable but not essential.
