The Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a Development Community Staff Nurse for Health Visiting in Bracknell. This role provides an opportunity for registered nurses to advance their careers by accessing a fast-tracked pathway to the Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) course, aiming to qualify as a Health Visitor. The successful candidate will work closely with health visitors to deliver high-quality care as part of the Healthy Child Programme, engaging with families in community settings, including homes and well-baby clinics.

Key responsibilities include planning and delivering health activities for children and families, using frameworks and initiatives such as the Solihull Approach and UNICEF Baby Friendly standards, while collaborating with various agencies to provide comprehensive support.
