Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and compassionate Support Worker for their Morgan House facility in Blythe Bridge, which offers continuing care for individuals transitioning from mental health hospitals. The role involves full-time work (42 hours a week) across a mixed shift pattern (day and night shifts), where the successful candidate will provide essential support to enhance the quality of life for service users. Responsibilities include delivering tailored care based on individual needs, assisting with medical and welfare requirements, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
