The Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT is seeking a Band 8a HR Business Partner for its Adult and Community Division, which comprises approximately 1,200 staff providing vital, person-centred care services across Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading a comprehensive HR service that supports operational managers in areas such as workforce planning, complex case management, and organisational change initiatives. They will be responsible for strategic HR advice, overseeing transformational programs, and managing the HR team to address recruitment and retention challenges.

Candidates must be CIPD qualified with a proven track record in delivering strategic advice and handling complex employee relations, including TUPE transfers and organisational changes. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and capability in data analysis to drive workforce decisions. The HR Business Partner will need to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage conflicting priorities effectively, and possess in-depth knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation to ensure the delivery of high-quality health services.
