The role of Mental Health Triage Practitioner at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust involves providing initial triage assessments for patients presenting with mental health concerns within the Bournemouth East Collaborative Primary Care Network. The practitioner will assess patients to determine appropriate services and support, aiming to reduce response times and alleviate pressures on GPs by facilitating access to relevant mental health resources in the community.
