As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. This will include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring the dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures, keeping the front-of-house clean and well-presented, and replenishing fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options throughout the day. You will also need to be aware of residents' dietary requirements.

Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options. Being aware of residents dietary requirements.
