The Senior Clinical Fellow in Geriatric Medicine at Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is a full-time, fixed-term position until August 5, 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic medical professional to join a growing multidisciplinary team focused on acute care. Candidates must hold full GMC registration and have the right to live and work in the UK at the time of application. Responsibilities include contributing to the management of the Stroke unit, advising on patient care, participating in clinical audits, and engaging in continuing professional development and training.

In addition to clinical duties, the Fellow will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, completing administrative tasks within Trust standards, and participating in teaching and research activities. The role emphasises professional development, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to Trust policies regarding confidentiality and information governance. Candidates will also be expected to engage actively in performance reviews to identify personal development needs.
