East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint four Locum Consultants in Clinical Radiology across its major sites, including Kent and Canterbury Hospital, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, and William Harvey Hospital. This dynamic opportunity allows candidates to participate in a two-year optimisation and improvement programme aimed at enhancing clinical leadership and engagement within the department, which comprises over 40 Consultant Radiologists. The position encompasses general radiology tasks, such as plain film reporting, CT, ultrasound, and MRI, as well as interventional image-guided procedures.

Candidates are also encouraged to bring sub-specialist expertise in areas such as chest, GI, cardiac, or paediatric radiology, although the Trust is open to considering other sub-specialist interests. This role offers a chance to influence the development of one of the largest Acute Trusts in the NHS while working within a successful and collaborative team environment.
