Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists to join their Connection team in Poole, which operates 24/7 as a mental health crisis service. The role involves conducting direct clinical assessments, providing advice and support, coordinating emergency responses, and supervising mental health support workers. Team members will engage with various internal and external agencies to ensure individuals in crisis receive timely and appropriate assistance. The position offers training opportunities, a recruitment and retention premium, and a generous relocation package for those moving to the area.

This diverse role includes both telephone and face-to-face assessments, and emphasises the use of brief interventions to help patients and their families manage crises effectively.
