The West London NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Senior High Intensity CBT Therapist for their Ealing IAPT service, which is dedicated to enhancing access to psychological therapies across a culturally diverse community. The role requires collaboration with a large and supportive team comprising Assistant Psychologists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, and clinicians, all committed to delivering a range of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Couples Therapy, and more. The service is actively involved in engaging harder-to-reach groups, such as those with long-term health conditions, by employing initiatives like community outreach and therapeutic workshops.

The position emphasises professional development through structured supervision, including individual sessions, urgent duty support, and daily assessment debriefs. Candidates with additional therapeutic training are particularly encouraged to apply.
