Your Healthcare CIC is seeking a Company Secretary in Surbiton who will ensure compliance with corporate legislation, constitutional and regulatory requirements, and best practices within the organisation. The successful candidate will provide legal expertise, manage corporate office services, and support Board and committee operations. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, overseeing insurance arrangements, and contributing to strategic development and governance alignment with the organisation's objectives.

Candidates should hold a Master's degree or a relevant professional qualification, have significant experience in a corporate governance role, and preferably be a member of the Chartered Governance Institute. The position is part-time, requiring 22.5 hours per week. While experience in healthcare is not essential, it is an advantage.
