The Royal United Hospital in Bath is seeking highly motivated Band 5 Paediatric Staff Nurses to join their expanding Emergency Department team. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of six months of post-registration experience and a commitment to professional development. The role emphasises the provision of holistic, family-centred care for diverse pediatric patients and includes responsibilities such as assessing and planning care, participating in staff education, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
