The Royal United Hospital in Bath is seeking highly motivated Band 5 Paediatric Staff Nurses to join their expanding Emergency Department team. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of six months of post-registration experience and a commitment to professional development. The role emphasises the provision of holistic, family-centred care for diverse pediatric patients and includes responsibilities such as assessing and planning care, participating in staff education, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The department offers strong support through a Clinical Practice Facilitator and encourages staff to enhance their clinical skills and engage in research and development.
