Central London Community Health Trust is seeking qualified Health Visitors or those currently pursuing their Specialist Community Public Health Nurse training in Health Visiting to join their innovative Universal Health Visiting teams in Wembley, Brent. This role offers a range of part and full-time Band 6 positions, emphasizing a collaborative, family-centered approach to public health nursing. Successful candidates will engage with frameworks such as MESCH to provide high-quality support to families, helping children to achieve their best start in life. A recruitment premium of £2,500 is available for qualified applicants upon commencement, alongside professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

The Health Visitor role involves planning, organizing, and evaluating health services, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and delegating tasks within the team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Team members will work closely with various community resources, including local Family Wellbeing Centers and maternity services, to enhance the effectiveness of their outreach. The position encourages continuous professional development, teamwork, and the establishment of positive outcomes for families in the Brent area.

We have exciting opportunities for you to join one of our forward thinking and innovative Universal Health Visiting teams in Brent.

We have a range of part and full time Band 6 Health Visiting posts across Brent. You will be an either qualified or currently in training for your Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification with apassion for public health nursingseeking to new ways of working with families.

Our skill mix teams use frameworks such asMESCHandMESCH Infant2Schoolto deliver our progressive service and continue to seek and develop innovative ways of working with Brent families to enable to children to have their best start in life.

From April 2023 a Recruitment premia has been introduced to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH's Health Visiting Teams.

For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post is offering a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T&C's apply)
