The Staff Social Club Administrator at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for enhancing the staff experience by managing various social, cultural, and recreational activities for a large membership base of nearly 9,000. Reporting to the Staff Social Club Manager, the role involves providing high-quality administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for member inquiries, organizing events, processing applications and payments, and maintaining accurate databases and website content.

Key responsibilities include coordinating club events, ensuring smooth communication with members and external suppliers, and addressing operational issues. The role requires a passion for social activities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
